Brew of Spike Skin

Ingredients: Ghost Powder, Cactus, and Mandrake.

This brew increases your Armortoughness and reflects a portion of received damage back at the attacker — essentially a thorns-style defensive buff.

Brew of Bloodlust

The Brew of Bloodlust increases your Strength and heals a portion of the damage you deal to enemies — great for aggressive melee builds.

Brew of Slime Walker

Slime Walker negates fall damage entirely. As a bonus, pressing sneak while active will launch you bouncing upwards — useful for vertical traversal and escaping danger.

Brew of Homestead

Homestead is a utility brew that teleports you back to your spawn point — a handy escape tool when you’re deep in a dungeon or lost in the world.

Brew of Siphon

How to Brew in Hexalia – Step by Step

Brewing in Hexalia requires a Small Cauldron placed over a valid heat source. Here’s how to set everything up from scratch.

Step 1: Craft and Place the Small Cauldron

First, craft a Small Cauldron and place it in the world. The cauldron must be sitting on top of a valid heat source to function.

Step 2: Choose Your Heat Source

The mod adds its own dedicated heat source — the Rustic Oven — which works perfectly beneath the Small Cauldron. However, you can also use any of the following vanilla options:

Campfire

Magma Block

Step 3: Add Your Ingredients

Right-click the Small Cauldron to open its interface. Place a Rustic Bottle in the bottom slot, then add your three brew ingredients in the top slots. Once everything is in place, the cauldron will produce your finished brew.

Hexalia also adds a craftable Brewing Shelf specifically for storing your finished brews. Each shelf holds up to three brews at a time. Simply right-click a brew on the shelf to retrieve it, or right-click an empty slot to place one back.
