Step 2: Obtain Void Seeds by Closing a Flux Rift

To research something native to the void, you need to obtain Void Seeds. The way to do this is by closing a Flux Rift using a Causality Collapser. Here’s exactly how:

Locate or open a Flux Rift in your world.

Craft a Causality Collapser using Infusion Crafting (a full tutorial for this is available separately).

Right-click the Flux Rift with the Causality Collapser to close it.

The rift will close and drop Void Seeds.

Step 3: Scan the Void Seeds to Complete the Eldritch Chapter

Once you have your Void Seeds, take out your Thaumometer and scan a Void Seed. This will complete the Delving into the Eldritch chapter and fully unlock the Eldritch tab in your Thaumonomicon.

Step 4: Craft Void Metal Ingots in Your Crucible

With the Eldritch tab now unlocked, open your Thaumonomicon and navigate to the Void Seeds entry in the middle of the tab. You’ll see that Void Metal Ingots can be created in your Crucible using the following:

Metallum (vis aspect)

Vitium (vis aspect)

A Void Seed used as the catalyst

Place the ingredients into your Crucible as directed to produce Void Metal Ingots.

Step 5: Craft the Void Sword
